- Acceptance of Terms
By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. - Personal Responsibility
The angler is solely responsible for his or her own welfare, safety, and conduct while on the fishery. Pine Tree Lakes accepts no responsibility for any injury, accident, loss of life, or damage to persons or property. - Personal Belongings
The angler is solely responsible for any item they bring with them onto Pine Tree Lakes. All personal belongings, fishing equipment, vehicles, and valuables are left entirely at the owner’s risk. - Bookings & Deposits
Deposits secure your booking and are non-refundable. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, please contact the fishery first, as we may be able to help with your booking or offer an alternative where possible. Any changes are entirely at the discretion of Pine Tree Lakes. - Fish Care
All anglers must use appropriate fish care equipment and handle fish with the utmost respect. Fish must be returned safely and as quickly as possible. - Lake Rules
All fishery rules must be followed at all times. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the fishery without refund. - Children
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. - Weather & Natural Hazards
Fishing is undertaken at your own risk. Be aware of changing weather conditions, uneven ground, deep water, and other natural hazards. - Right to Refuse Admission
Pine Tree Lakes reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a booking if any guest behaves in a manner that could endanger others, the fish, or the fishery. - You must make sure you have all the relevant travel documents. You should have an up to date passport and an GHIC (Global Health Insurance Card) as insurance is not included in your package.
- If you DAMAGE or BREAK any of the fishing equipment(rods, reels, alarm, nets, sling, scales etc.) There will be a charge in GBP for replacement, we have a replacement cost sheet that we can email you if required.
- No refund will be given for early departure.
